Summary
Plan, organize, manage, and schedule all facilities and personnel at the Dunkirk Plant on assigned shifts, focusing on maintenance and proper operation of equipment.
Essential Functions
Responsible for organizing, planning, supervising, and scheduling all facilities during the shift, as well as motivating and controlling employees. Must optimize the use of materials, machinery, and manpower in a variable environment.

Education and Experience
Two-year degree in technical/industrial maintenance or equivalent experience. 3-5 years in maintenance planning, reliability-centered maintenance, CMMS, Microsoft Office, hydraulics, electrical troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Specific coursework in maintenance planning, reliability-centered maintenance, or CMMS certification is desirable.

Physical Demands – Frequently moves around the facility, detects unsafe conditions, handles materials, and uses computers. Must lift up to 50 pounds and have adequate visual and auditory abilities.

Salary range: $81,900 to $122,800 USD, with eligibility for bonuses, paid time off, holidays, insurance, and 401(k).
