Job Overview

• Respond to and complete work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs following safety standards and codes.
• Manage the make-ready process for new residents, including inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, and ensuring quality work completion.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance across the community, including grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Inspect work performed by staff and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies, and support cost-effective maintenance practices.
• Conduct regular safety meetings, ensure OSHA compliance, and uphold safety standards.

Compensation and Benefits
