Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the entire maintenance process for the property by ordering supplies, diagnosing maintenance problems, and performing service requests while having a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Customer service focus
• Supervise workflow for service staff and delegate workload
• Meet and exceed budget expectations
• Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed
• Diagnose and repair appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical (when no license required), carpentry, pool, roof, and gutter issues
• Address landscaping and snow/ice removal issues

Essential Job Functions:

Educational and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience
• HVAC certification required
• Heat pump knowledge and experience required

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Use hands or fingers to handle objects and tools
• Occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Lift/move up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral, and focus adjustment
• Moderate noise level in environment
• Ability to withstand seasonal outdoor temperatures
