The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a supervisory or team-lead role and experience in the corrugate industry, including converting machines. The role involves overseeing inventories, budgeting, and staff development in a union environment.

Qualifications

• Corrugate industry experience in a facility that leads in converting paper to box.
• Strong electrical and PLC knowledge; mechanical and pneumatic systems familiarity.
• Experience in a union environment.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Maintenance Manager to help lead department goals and KPIs.
• Oversee department inventories and budgeting to ensure needs are met within thresholds.
• Lead personnel through training and development standards to improve safety, machinery, and plant downtime.
• Assist Maintenance Manager with scheduling, shift meetings, and goal management.
