Chandler Residential is seeking a hands-on, experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the service operations at Central Park Apartments, one of our most critical and visible communities in Montgomery, Alabama.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily maintenance operations to ensure the property runs efficiently and looks its best

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general systems

• Manage service requests with professionalism and follow-through

• Supervise and execute the make-ready process to turn units within 5 days

• Oversee vendors and contractors, obtain bids, and control supply inventory

• Maintain curb appeal and the cleanliness of all common areas and grounds

• Respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as part of an on-call rotation

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, local building codes, and internal safety policies

• Supervise maintenance staff and enforce high service and quality standards

• Keep accurate records, logs, and updates in maintenance software systems

What You Bring:

• Prior experience in apartment or multifamily maintenance supervision

• Expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general maintenance

• Strong leadership, communication, and team motivation skills

• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multiple priorities

• Working knowledge of maintenance tracking software (OneSite )

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation as scheduled

Schedule:
Monday through Friday
Typical hours between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
(On-call required for emergencies)
