Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for leading others and a passion for great service? Campbell Communities is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our multifamily apartment communities. This role is ideal for a self-starter, a strong communicator, and someone motivated by improving homes through efficient repairs.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances, and more.
  • Manage vendors and capital projects effectively.
  • Ensure apartment turnovers are timely and of high quality.
  • Utilize mobile software to manage work orders.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance needs on a rotating on-call schedule, with onsite response within 20 minutes when required.
  • Maintain community safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of multifamily or residential maintenance experience, including supervisory roles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift over 50 lbs. and work in all seasons.
  • Comfort with smartphone/tablet-based work order systems.
  • CPO certification is a plus or willingness to obtain it.
