Job summary

Cal-Am Properties, Inc. in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance, landscaping and housekeeping across communities. You will perform repairs, coordinate major projects with licensed vendors and ensure preventive maintenance keeps systems reliable.

The role supports a team focused on safety, quality, and resident satisfaction, with on-call weekends as needed and a typical Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Trade school required.
• 6 years maintenance/repair experience and 3 years supervisory experience.
• HVAC, electrical, and plumbing experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance, landscaping, and housekeeping staff.
• Performs minor repairs on buildings and equipment.
• Coordinates major repairs with licensed vendors.
• Performs preventive maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Maintains building systems (mechanical, electrical, HVAC).
• Responds to resident service/emergency requests.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Reports status to management and meets daily with supervisor.
