Our multi-family community, Lucerne, currently has a full-time Maintenance Supervisor opportunity available.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, your goal will be to manage our multi-family community’s maintenance department professionally and energetically. Our innovative, fast-growing company offers opportunities to build long-term relationships with residents and co-workers, while serving as a resource for property information and acting as a team leader for our technicians. This role is ideal for someone knowledgeable in trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and who values a professional work environment, teamwork, stability, and customer service.

A Typical Day

• Partner with the Community and Regional Manager on maintenance plans and initiatives.
• Provide leadership, direction, and training to empower the service team.
• Prioritize work orders and delegate tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Lead by example in troubleshooting and completing service requests.
• Ensure adherence to budgets and maintain high levels of resident satisfaction and customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in property maintenance or a related field.
• EPA I and EPA II certifications are required; CPO certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs., occasionally up to 80 lbs., and move objects using equipment such as an appliance dolly.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with residents, co-workers, and vendors.
• Valid Driver's License.
