Job Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests, diagnosing and repairing issues following safety standards and codes.
• Oversee and complete the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections, scheduling, and repairs.
• Maintain standards for community grounds, amenities, and common areas to reflect high quality and Greystar standards.
• Inspect work by team members and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage inventory of parts and supplies, and assist in budgeting for repairs and maintenance.
• Conduct safety meetings, ensure OSHA compliance, and respond to resident inquiries with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, with experience in property maintenance or related trades.
• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Strong problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills.
• EPA certifications for HVAC work, valid driver’s license.

Physical and Travel Demands

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather, lift up to 50 lbs, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits
