Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance staff and the physical property at Alexander at Stonecrest, a 262-unit community in Lithonia, GA.

You will train and lead maintenance personnel, perform preventative maintenance, and coordinate repairs while ensuring a safe work environment. This role requires 3–5 years in maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical skills, HVAC/EPA preferred, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years previous maintenance experience
• Advanced knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred
• CPO certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required

Responsibilities

• Train, direct, motivate, and assist site maintenance personnel and other staff as assigned
• Monitor property for any repairs or replacements that may arise
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units

Position Summary

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property as well as leading the maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Train, direct, motivate, and assist site maintenance personnel and other staff as assigned
• Monitor property for any repairs or replacements that may arise
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units
• Perform preventative maintenance on property
