Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC, a joint venture of Suntory and PepsiCo, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team across multiple plants in the Carolinas and surrounding states. The role ensures reliable equipment operation and adherence to safety and budget standards.

As Supervisor you will assign PM tasks, manage mechanics and clerks, coordinate training, enforce safety policies, and drive continuous improvements while supporting food safety where applicable and budget

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five (5) years of maintenance experience.
• Four (4) years of supervisory experience.
• Programmable logic controller (PLC) training required.
• Strong leadership, oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems.
• Availability to work the hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Responsibilities
