Undertake performance auditing of general maintenance, landscaping, building safety and compliance and other maintenance related contract requirements.Provide support and advice to contractors to ensure works are scoped appropriately and consistently.Work with other business areas and tenants to assist in activities that seek to minimise maintenance issues and improve maintenance service delivery.
