FastTek Global is seeking a Missouri Maintenance Supervisor to lead and improve maintenance programs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will plan, organize, and direct maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and safety.

You will manage a small team, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with SPQRC. Experience with scheduling, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance is preferred.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
• Skilled-trades training or equivalent technical training.
• Entry-level candidates with a degree will be considered;

The main function of a maintenance supervisor is to establish, implement, and maintain long-range plans for improvement of maintenance activities and provide technical assistance to the manufacturing departments supported. A typical maintenance supervisor is responsible for the effective use of personnel, materials, and equipment in supporting SPQRC initiatives.

Key capabilities

• General Assembly, Supervision, Ability to Work with Others, High Level Analytical Ability, Interpersonal Skills, Oral and Written Communication Skills, Ability to Read Engineering Drawings, Assembly Process, Basic Machine Shop Equipment, Blueprint Reading, Knowledge of Complex Mechanical/Electrical Concepts, and Knowledge of Safety Practices and Procedures

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
• Skilled-trades training or equivalent technical training.
• Entry-level candidates with a degree will be considered; 10 years of experience is not required but preferred
