Position Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor/Team Leader is responsible for executing all scheduled maintenance activities and projects at the site. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee resource and material use, develop trades, and support technical guidance to ensure effective maintenance operations.

Sign-On Bonus & Relocation

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 ($1,000 after first week, $4,000 after 90 days)
Relocation assistance available for qualified applicants.

Shift Details

3rd Shift: 11pm to 7:30am (rotating weekends)

Key Responsibilities

• Review planned job packages for labor, materials, and permits.
• Assign work orders and evaluate emergency work needs.
• Ensure proper skills are available for each task.
• Supervise and control job execution, quality, and costs.
• Monitor ongoing jobs and coordinate with production.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and adherence to policies.
• Lead safety meetings and manage overtime, tardiness, and absenteeism.
• Provide on-the-job training and performance feedback.
• Ensure accurate work order documentation and timely reporting.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 6-7 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years in operations management, preferably in food manufacturing or related industries.
• Experience with safety, risk management, and maintenance systems (CMMS).

Skills & Abilities

• Strong communication, organization, and technical skills.
• Hands-on work ethic, results-oriented, and knowledgeable in maintenance and safety practices.

Supervisory & Working Conditions

• Monitor team performance, assist in hiring, and develop staff.
• Work involves exposure to environmental hazards, physical risks, and physical effort.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $57,509 - $98,626. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more.
