Job Description: Maintenance Supervisor
3rd Shift 10pm-8am
The primary focus of this position is to increase the efficiencies and overall throughput of the production equipment. To accomplish this, the Maintenance Supervisor assists the Maintenance Manager in the supervision and coordination of activities of workers engaged in setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery, equipment, and inventory by performing the following duties:

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Assists in supervising 9-11 hourly employees in the Maintenance Department. Carries out management/supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience:
Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of and be proficient in the use of Internet software; Inventory software; Project Management software; Maintenance Software (Maintenance Connection), Spreadsheet software (Excel), Word Processing software (Word) and Email Software (Office 365).
