JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor, 3rd shift offers a 3 day long weekend off every-other week! This highly visible position is responsible for the effective utilization of the team to address plant process, equipment, and facility upkeep. With a “One Team, One Mission” approach, this position collaborates across teams and with multiple departments (Production, Utilities, Planning, Safety) to support consistent production, minimize downtime, and enforce HACCP, USDA, and food safety protocol, all while providing continued growth opportunities to our team members
To comply with Minnesota’s Pay Transparency Law, total annual estimated compensation range with bonus for this position isup to $104,491.00, based on experience, skills, and performance.

Supervisory Responsibility: This position will be responsible for supervising Maintenance / Electrical team members at the our Wells, MN facility.
Work Environment:Manufacturing and office environments
Physical Demands: Position will include extensive standing, sitting, lifting, climbing ladders, wearing factory required equipment while working in production, walking, visual, responding quickly to sounds and driving.
Schedule - standard 3rd shift operational hours:8:00pm - 6:00am Monday - Thursday with rotating Saturday (3 day weekends off every other week!)
Travel: Some travel may be required in this position to assist in other facilities. (Less than 5%)
