The Maintenance Supervisor will report directly to the Maintenance Manager and will lead the Maintenance team in effective execution of assigned projects and day to day plant front line support. They will manage the Preventive Maintenance program and provide strategy to ensure maximum effectiveness. Responsible for development and promotion of internal personnel to expand and increase effectiveness of existing team. This position is responsible for providing front line employee leadership and coaching and will be viewed as a leader within the organization.
