Job summary

Nemak, a global manufacturing company, seeks an experienced maintenance supervisor in Augusta, GA to plan and execute maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. The role involves troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to minimize disruptions, while coordinating with production and participating in commissioning of new machines.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in an industrial setting, 2+ years supervisory experience, and familiarity with HPDC

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an industrial environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in HPDC or similar manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute maintenance activities on mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems of machinery and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the production process and conduct root cause analysis.
• Define and implement sustainable corrective actions to prevent future disruptions.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and workflows with the production department.
• Program industrial robots and develop PLC programs.
• Perform hardware setup and modifications to machines and equipment.
