ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent the company as a management team member, promoting Safety, Quality, and Productivity in a food manufacturing environment.
- Review the efficiency of manufacturing and support systems; recommend and implement improvements as needed.
- Coach team members in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of plant systems.
- Supervise team members' job performance, adherence to policies, and professional standards.
- Support and develop team members' professional growth.
- Support, monitor, and expand Preventive/Predictive Maintenance across all facility systems and machinery.
- Utilize CMMS systems for work orders, purchase orders, inventory control, and equipment history.
- Troubleshoot and repair control systems, including network issues with PCs, PLCs, and man-machine interfaces.
- Apply advanced troubleshooting skills for electrical systems, including power distribution, motor controls, variable speed drives, servo controllers, and robotics.
- Diagnose and repair automated packaging machinery.
- Troubleshoot process equipment such as pumps, valves, meters, and mixers.
- Use working knowledge to troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Troubleshoot support systems like steam, hot water, compressed air, and refrigeration.
- Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
