Position Overview

As a Maintenance Supervisor, your day involves juggling multiple responsibilities. You are a cheerful, performance-driven, resident-focused, hardworking, and playful mentor who goes the extra mile. Your passion lies in quality, service excellence, and team coaching.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the service team, serving as a positive role model.
  • Support the Property Manager in maintaining community and corporate standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Enforce safety measures across the community.
  • Coach, mentor, and set personal goals for staff.
  • Efficiently schedule daily activities, monitoring quality and quantity.
  • Understand property budgets and assist with long-range planning.
  • Maintain shop, equipment, supplies, inventory, and security of keys.
  • Inspect property routes and models to ensure they look their best.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience managing maintenance in a community setting.
  • Successfully led a team for at least 1 year.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, understanding).
  • Computer literacy and related applications skills.
  • A good sense of humor is a plus!
