Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc in Perris, CA is seeking a Supervisor of Maintenance on the 2nd shift (Wednesday–Saturday, 1:00 pm–10:30 pm). You will lead and supervise maintenance staff, review workload, and ensure activities are completed accurately and on time in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You’ll inspect and repair equipment, maintain safe practices, generate reports, and uphold exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of maintenance experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including planned and unplanned overtime, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance department staff, including training and evaluating performance; hire, promote, transfer, or take disciplinary actions as needed.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Oversee maintenance processes to ensure completion on time and accurately.
• Maintain, inspect, and repair machines, equipment, and facilities safely.
• Measure performance and generate required reports.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures.
