Job summary

Magnolia Foods LLC in Rialto, CA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the 3rd shift (4:30 PM–2:00 AM) and oversee the preventive maintenance program across the plant.

You will supervise Maintenance Technicians, ensure compliance with OSHA, HACCP and SQF, and schedule daily maintenance while enforcing safety procedures.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of maintenance leadership, Spanish preferred, and experience with industrial mechanical and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of maintenance supervision/management experience.
• Industrial mechanical and electrical experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 5S and WCM experience a plus.
• Experience with SQF, Silliker, or AIB courses.
• Knowledge of HACCP.
• Knowledge of OSHA and regulatory standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 3rd shift from 4:30 PM to 2:00 AM.
• Comply with Plant, State and Federal OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, and SQF regulations.
• Schedule the daily maintenance of the plant.
• Handle special repair requests.
• Maintain production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and equipment.
• Generate disciplinary actions to employees and inform manager as soon as possible.
• Fill any position in the absence of a mechanic or lubricator.
• Enforce all safety procedures.
• Maintain other areas and machinery on a periodic basis.

Magnolia Foods LLC is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Rialto, CA 92376.

Start time will varie between 2PM and 4PM.

About The Role

• The Maintenance Supervisor will provide supervision and support for the 3rd Shift 4:30 PM to 2:00 AM. Position reports to Maintenance Manager. Direct Reports to this position are Maintenance Mechanic Technicians.

What You’ll Do

• Comply with all Plant, State and Federal OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, and SQF regulations.
• Perform all monitored Maintenance Duties according to our Maintenance Preventive Program.
• In charge for scheduling the daily maintenance of the plant.
• Special repair requests
• Maintains production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Generate disciplinary actions to the employees and inform manager as soon as possible.
• Fill any position in the absence of a mechanic or lubricator.
• Enforce all safety procedures.
• Other areas and/ or machinery that is maintained on a periodic basis.

Our Ideal Candidate

Education and Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in maintenance supervisor and/or management
• Industrial Mechanical and electrical experience required
• Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• 5S and WCM experience a plus
• Experience with SQF, Silliker, or AIB course
• Knowledge of the HACCP program
• Knowledge of OSHA, military, health department, EPA, city and county regulations preferred

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Specialized Industrial Equipment: Forklift, scissor lift, hand powered tools, etc.
• Be able to complete in house projects from start to finish. Complete turnkey
