Position Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor manages assigned staff, ensuring safety, cost control, and quality on time delivery of aircraft maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supervising maintenance activities in compliance with policies and FAA regulations
2. Promoting safety culture and guidelines
3. Prioritizing and planning work shifts
4. Coordinating with Project Managers on progress and estimates
5. Updating project status and managing customer approvals
6. Supporting support groups to meet schedules
7. Ensuring proper documentation and billing
8. Managing employee performance, training, and scheduling
9. Performing administrative duties like tool inspections and parts management

Requirements

• 5+ years aircraft maintenance experience or 2+ years within HAECO
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificates
• Ability to interpret drawings and blueprints
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills and a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and wear safety equipment
• Ability to work in hazardous environments and access all aircraft areas
