Clarios is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the 2nd shift, maintaining and upgrading heavy manufacturing equipment across multiple areas. You will troubleshoot, repair, and modify systems while meeting production targets and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include KPI tracking (OEE, MTTR, MTBF), coordinating with operations, and driving continuous improvement. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in maintenance plus 1+ year in supervision are required.
Maintenance Supervisor to manage our 2nd shift team. In this role, under minimal supervision, perform highly diversified duties to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and modify manufacturing equipment and facility equipment to help achieve the site’s business goals and objectives. Maintain and improve mechanical and electrical equipment for five manufacturing areas. Accountable for all maintenance, storeroom, and wastewater resources on your shift.

The position has a salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 per year. This role may also include opportunities for a bonus based on performance.
