Job summary

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee staff, schedules and daily activities across facilities maintenance. You will coach staff, review performance, and ensure work conforms to standards while managing inventory and reporting.

The role requires hands-on HVAC/Carpentry/Plumbing/Electrical skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in a loud, outdoor environment. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience required.
• 2 years HVAC, Carpentry, Plumbing and Electrical system experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Technical or vocational training in maintenance preferred.

KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Knowledge and Certification

Required:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience

• 2 years HVAC, Carpentry, Plumbing and Electrical system experience

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must have the ability to independently lift 25+ pounds occasionally
• Must have manual dexterity necessary to manipulate equipment

• Must be able to operate foot pedals

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

• Work is performed property-wide (inside and outdoors) and may include excessive noise, such as power tools, dust and fumes from paints, varnishes, stains and the like, flashing lights, frequent loud noises, cigarette smoke and extreme weather condition
• Must be able to work in cramped, tight quarters
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including all shifts, weekends and holidays
• Occasionally overtime may be required
