Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance supervisory experience without a degree.
• Familiarity with powder handling & milling equipment.
• Experience with pump, air and electric powered equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 24/7 availability of production equipment.
• Lead and motivate maintenance teams.
• Oversee project management for improvement initiatives.
