PepsiCo is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Urbandale, IA to lead a skilled maintenance team and ensure safe, reliable manufacturing operations. You will drive equipment reliability, oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, and support continuous improvement to maximize uptime and performance.
The role requires 5+ years of maintenance/ops experience with supervisory background, PLC knowledge, and Lean Six Sigma familiarity. Strong coaching and communication skills are essential.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a skilled maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations. You will drive equipment reliability, oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and support continuous improvement initiatives that maximize uptime and operational performance.
Working days: Monday - Friday, approximately
Woeking hours: 1st shift, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with on-call responsibilities as needed.
