Position Details:
1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

As Maintenance Supervisor, your leadership will ensure smooth operations by supervising maintenance staff, overseeing maintenance tasks, and maintaining equipment safely. We seek dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and are ready for a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and evaluate maintenance staff, including hiring and disciplinary actions
• Assign workload and oversee maintenance activities
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of maintenance tasks
• Maintain, inspect, and repair machines and facilities safely
• Monitor performance, generate reports, and implement corrective actions
• Promote excellent customer service and enforce safety policies

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment
• Flexible schedule, including potential overtime and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Industrial Maintenance or related field
• Managerial or supervisory experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience in warehousing or 3PL logistics
• Knowledge of ISO or AS9100 standards
• Understanding of electrical safety and carpentry skills

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting objects of various sizes and weights
• Extended standing, sitting, or walking
• Reaching, bending, climbing, and other physical activities
• Ability to work in hot or cold warehouse environments
