Job Purpose and Impact

The Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate the deployment of leading maintenance practices aligned with production needs. You will supervise a team executing medium complexity activities to maintain capacity utilization and quality standards for reliable operations in the region.

Key Accountabilities

• Coordinate the execution of equipment strategies for assets involved with high hazard processes.
• Implement methodologies to improve operational effectiveness in compliance with regulatory codes and standards.
• Assist in leading the integration of contractor partners and equipment support for the plant.
• Partner with regional and global leadership to support leading practices.
• Develop and monitor the operational budget to track progress against estimates.
• Make personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, or disciplinary actions, and perform tasks similar to subordinate employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of directly related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of tools, process controls, and area technology systems.
• Experience coordinating third-party resources to achieve business results.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Experience managing budgets.
• Training in structured problem solving.
• Experience with the servant leadership model.
