Job summary

Hudson Residential is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a luxury community in Westfield, Indiana. You will oversee a small team and ensure resident satisfaction by responding to service requests and maintaining high property standards.

As part of our close-knit team, you will manage general repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing vacant units for new residents, coordinating with the Property Director and other staff to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills required.
• Repair and maintenance of electrical circuits, switches, outlets and lighting.
• Basic to moderate plumbing knowledge; ability to repair/install water heaters, dishwashers, lavatories, etc.
• Ability to prioritize workload based on business needs.
• High degree of accountability and ownership of work.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration to reach goals.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders initiated by residents or the Property Director.
• Fabricate parts as needed to support maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and electrical connections.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to address facility maintenance needs effectively.
• Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents.

The Maintenance Supervisor collaborates with team members to provide an exceptional customer service experience for our residents.
