Job summary

FastTek Global is seeking a maintenance/engineering leader to supervise skilled trades in a manufacturing environment. You will oversee a team to ensure daily production targets are met and coordinate with engineering and operations for continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes leadership experience, technical know-how, and the ability to work in a fast-paced plant in Missouri; experience with Maxmo/Chronos and robotics software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education - High school diploma; engineering degree is a plus but not required.
• 8 years of experience ideal, open to 4–5 years.
• Maintenance supervision or engineering/tech experience required.
• Nice to have metalworking background from another manufacturing site.
• Maxmo is used at the Wentzville site; Chronos is a plus; Robotic Vision Software is a plus.

• Manage a small to medium-size group of Skilled Trades in manufacturing operations supply system support to make the daily required production needs.
• Education - High school diploma. Candidates who have Mechanical or electrical engineering degree is a nice/ huge bonus but not required.
• Years of experience - 8 years of experience is ideal, but open to 4-5 years
• What specific technical skills and certifications are required or preferred for this position? Nice to have would be if the candidate has technical skills from another manufacturing site such as metalworking background even in a small shop.
• Are there any particular software or maintenance management systems the candidate should be proficient in? Maxmo is what they use at the Wentzville site. Chronos would be a plus - this is a timekeeping system, any Robotic Vision Software would be a plus
• Years of experience required: Need Maintenance Supervision experience or Engineering/tech experience. They should have at least 2 years of leadership experience
