Base pay range

$36.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Implement and support corporate safety policies, initiatives, and plant housekeeping standards.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions, determine root causes, and initiate corrections.
• Support plant in achieving Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, and Cost goals.
• Supervise construction and maintenance projects.
• Assist in implementing divisional and corporate policies.
• Maintain schedule and quality standards.
• Implement safety and good housekeeping standards.
• Train, develop, and evaluate employees.
• Comply with labor agreements and support policies.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to solve problems.
• Implement planned maintenance activities.
• Complete work within budget, manpower, and timing constraints.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience required.
• Skilled trades training or equivalent technical training.
• Experience in machine, assembly, or facility areas.
• Supervision of multi-trade workforce experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical concepts.
• Ability to ensure a safe industrial work environment.
• Basic math knowledge including trigonometry.
• Experience with data gathering, machine studies, and clerical work.
• Strong knowledge of tooling, manufacturing, and assembly processes.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email tools.
• High analytical ability for complex problems.
• Effective interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Willingness to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.

The pay range is an estimate based on current expectations and may vary. Compensation depends on education, experience, skills, and business needs. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and insurance options. Salaried employees receive paid time off; hourly employees' eligibility varies.
