We are seeking an experienced and skilled Director of Plant Operations to join our team. The Director of Plant Operations is responsible for all maintenance and housekeeping functions within an assisted living facility, with a hands-on role in operations and administrative functions.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating repairs and alterations to buildings and equipment
• Providing technical support and quality assurance
• Establishing and monitoring a preventative maintenance program
• Ensuring OSHA and fire code compliance
• Managing maintenance and housekeeping staff in a long-term care or assisted living setting
• Maintaining knowledge of building systems, especially HVAC
