Pay range: $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 USD

Your Daily Role

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily activities for our maintenance team, ensuring equipment, buildings, and grounds meet safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating maintenance schedules to support production and efficient equipment repair.
• Managing and updating the Preventative Maintenance Program through our EAM system, including team training on updates.
• Conducting audits within EAM to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Collaborating with production and other departments to support equipment repairs and cross-functional needs.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting incident investigations, and promoting a culture of safety.
• Assisting with equipment layout, facility modifications, and improvements in efficiency and cost control.
• This role requires strong leadership skills, adherence to safety and quality standards, and experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety

Your profile

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage a safe, efficient environment.
• Proven experience in supervisory roles and maintenance fields (2-3 years preferred).
• Knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations, Microsoft Office, parts inventory, and work order systems.
• Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced setting, including weekend and off-shift availability.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Commitment to health and safety, enforcing policies, and promoting a culture of safety.
• Physical demands include light-medium intensity tasks, occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs), and exposure to varying conditions (e.g., dust, noise, humidity).
