PepsiCo is hiring a Reliability Execution Lead to ensure the reliable operation of all manufacturing lines. You will oversee preventive/predictive maintenance, drive uptime, and plan maintenance days, overhauls, and rebuilds while contributing to cost efficiency and safety across the site.
The role leads a facility-based team, builds technical capability, and collaborates with maintenance technicians and line leads to drive improvements and asset reliability.

The Reliability Execution Lead ensures the consistent, reliable, and efficient operation of all manufacturing lines. This role oversees preventive and predictive maintenance programs, drives equipment uptime, and supports the planning and execution of maintenance days, overhauls, and rebuilds. In addition, the role contributes to cost efficiency, continuous improvement, service, and safety across the entire site.
The Reliability Execution Lead manages a team of facility‑based team members and plays a critical role in building technical capability, strengthening equipment reliability, and supporting operational performance.
Schedule: First shift, Monday through Friday, approximately 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with on‑call responsibilities as needed.
