Job summary

~ Dignity Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead facilities operations, supervise the maintenance team, and ensure safe, compliant building systems for residents and staff. The role involves hands-on repairs and driving community vehicles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily maintenance operations and team assignments
• Perform hands‑on repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and mechanical work
• Oversee preventative maintenance and safety inspections
• Champion fire & life safety procedures and participate in safety committee efforts
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Risk Management and regulatory standards
• Maintain tools, equipment inventory and maintenance logs
• Assist with painting, refurbishing and resident suite preparation
• Support move‑ins, move‑outs and vehicle maintenance
• Train team members on emergency procedures and safe chemical handling
• Review timekeeping and support payroll accuracy
• Assist with driving community vehicle as needed
