Job summary

Greenbush Logistics Inc. seeks an experienced Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to lead technicians and maintain a private fleet across a broad service area.

The role emphasizes leadership, decision-making under pressure, and ensuring equipment health to support timely deliveries. Requirements include 5+ years of mechanical experience and 3+ years of supervisory experience; 1 year of additional mechanical knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of tractor/trailer/forklift mechanical experience.
• At least three (3) years of supervisory experience.
• At least one (1) year of mechanical knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians and oversee fleet health; ensure equipment runs properly.
• Delegate tasks, set expectations, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
• Improve processes and services; maintain safety and efficiency across operations.

Education

Great Southern Wood Preserving, Incorporated is well known for its flagship product, YellaWood® brand pressure treated pine which it sells through Do-It-Yourself retail home centers, pro dealers and other retail building-related and industrial segments. Greenbush Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Fleet Maintenance Supervisor. Our Fleet maintenance supervisors play an important role in ensuring that our equipment runs properly.

• Responsible for the leadership and direction of the technicians and the health of the equipment.
• Exhibits sound and accurate judgment; Makes timely decisions; Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles; Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently; Organizes or schedules other people and their tasks; Reacts well under pressure.

Requirements:
