Heritage Skilled Nursing and Therapy in Tecumseh, Oklahoma is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily facility upkeep, address mechanical issues, and help ensure safe, reliable building systems for residents and staff.

Ideal candidates are mechanically capable, a self-starter, and accountable, with knowledge of basic repairing, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC; experience in a nursing home is a plus.

Competenze

• Knowledge of basic repairing, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Experience in a nursing home environment is a plus.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities and Purpose

A Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for keeping our facility operating smoothly and repairing any problems when they are discovered. Some of the most important qualities we are looking for is being mechanically capable, a self-starter, and accountable.

• Performing routine maintenance around the building.
• Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures.
• Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs.
• Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.

Experience and Education

• Knowledge of basic repairing, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Experience in a nursing home environmentis a plus.
