We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our company and support our Worthington, IN location. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you are a key member of the site leadership team responsible for all maintenance activities at the site to ensure equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety standards. This role leads and develops a team of maintenance mechanics and electricians. The Maintenance Supervisor collaborates across various process areas and locations, utilizing creative problem‑solving skills to foster innovation and improve efficiency.
