Job summary

Brookside-Properties, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at Everly at Meridian Hills in Indianapolis, IN.

You will lead a reliable service team, manage repairs, turns, and preventive maintenance, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• HVAC expertise and EPA certification.
• High School diploma or GED required.
