Job summary

Nxt Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Townhomes at Mountain Ridge Apartments to lead a hands-on team and maintain the property's buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas. Bilingual is a plus, and the role involves improving resident living conditions.

You will supervise Maintenance Technicians and Property Leaders, monitor daily needs, and perform light groundskeeping, ensuring the community stays up to standard and residents are well cared for.

Qualifications

• 12 months of maintenance experience.
• 6+ months of supervisory experience.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• General computer knowledge.
• Knowledge and technical skills in plumbing, electrical, wall, and appliance repair; groundskeeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and property leaders.
• Monitor the community daily and address maintenance and facility needs.
• Perform light groundskeeping and keep common areas in good condition.
• Work to improve living conditions for residents and the property.

Nxt Property Management is looking for someone to join our amazing team at Townhomes at Mountain Ridge Apartments as a Maintenance Supervisor! We are looking for someone with a hands‑on approach to take care of the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the community while supervising your team. Someone who can see the vision and has the passion to want to improve the community and way of living for our residents. Bilingual is a plus!

DAY IN THE LIFE

You will work with a dedicated team of Maintenance Technicians and Property Leaders to take care of and better your community. You will monitor the community daily, looking for maintenance and facility related needs in all areas of the property. Light groundskeeping is also part of the job. Every day you will work hard to better the living conditions of our residents and keep the property up to standard.
