We are seeking a friendly, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed to join our growing team as a Maintenance Supervisor at Champions Crossing Apartments in San Marcos, TX.

Description

The Maintenance Supervisor must be HVAC & EPA Certified, with a strong background in multifamily property maintenance. Experience should include HVAC, appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. A commitment to exceptional customer service is essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise maintenance staff
• Delegate tasks to ensure timely completion of work orders
• Order parts and schedule services for repairs
• Perform wall repairs, A/C and heating repairs, door, cabinet, and closet repairs
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of maintenance experience, with 3 years in a supervisory role
• HVAC & EPA licensing
• Availability for overtime and on-call work
• Own hand tools and specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work
• Ability to move heavy equipment safely
• Emergency on-call availability if required
• CPO certification preferred
• Reliable transportation

Background screening and drug testing are required.
