Guardian Glass in Richburg, SC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians and ensure smooth, efficient operations. The role emphasizes proactive maintenance leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate with planners, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with production goals and company values.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing maintenance concepts (preventive, predictive and reliability).
• Experience in cross functional communication.
• Experience leading a team of Technicians.
• Ability to work 5am-3pm Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Develop a set of responsibilities aligned with the facility's vision based on individuals' talents and virtues.
• Partner with Maintenance Planners to ensure priorities are carried out and work orders are executed on time.
• Provide coaching and feedback to help employees recognize strengths and weaknesses.
• Create an environment that challenges employees to acquire and learn new knowledge for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with operations to ensure activities do not interfere with production goals.
• Maintain open lines of communication with direct reports about the business and company.
• Shift schedule: 5am-3pm Monday-Friday.

What You Will Do

• Work with technicians to develop a set of responsibilities that are aligned with the vision of the facility based on the individuals’ talents and virtues
• Partner with the Maintenance Planners to ensure department priorities are appropriately carried out and assigned work orders are executed on time
• Provide coaching and feedback to help employees recognize their strengths and weaknesses within their role in helping them succeed in the Organization
• Generate an environment that seeks to challenge the employee to acquire and learn new knowledge that will help them to continuously improve
• Work closely with operations team to ensure your activities do not interfere with the production team’s goals
• Maintain strong and open lines of communication with direct reports about the business and the company as a whole
• Shift schedule: 5am-3pm Monday-Friday

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
