About the role:

The Maintenance Supervisor manages activities and resources in the Distribution Center's Maintenance area to meet departmental and company goals. Responsibilities include responding to equipment issues, procuring supplies, scheduling work with internal and external resources, and coordinating with engineers for research and process improvements. This is an individual contributor role.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing staffing plans and managing resource requirements.
• Training and developing direct reports, conducting performance reviews.
• Overseeing daily work operations and guiding staff to achieve goals.
• Communicating with internal and external customers.
• Interpreting and implementing policies affecting the department.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Creating work schedules based on priorities and resources.
• Maintaining personnel records and updating databases.
• Assisting with budget forecasting and tracking maintenance activities.
• Performing individual contributor tasks as needed.

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 3+ years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing
• Expertise in Preventative Maintenance (PM)
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and reading blueprints
• Organized, results-oriented, able to manage multiple projects
• Effective communication skills
• Customer service focus, high urgency, flexibility

• Experience with BMS and building management systems

Preferred qualifications:

• HVAC and Fire system knowledge
