Roundhouse in Post Falls, ID is seeking an Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance teams and coordinate daily operations across the property. You will oversee repairs, safety inspections, and preventive maintenance while partnering with the Community Manager to keep residents satisfied.

$23-25/hour + commissions for renewals, vacancy-loss goals, and reputation score + $1,000 signing bonus! Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
Final compensation is based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

As Maintenance Supervisor, you own the daily operations of the maintenance function and partner closely with the Community Manager to keep the property safe, efficient, and ready for residents.
You provide and maintain your own hand tools. We supply power tools and larger equipment as needed.
Within 30 days of your start date, please have the following on hand: 10" crescent wrench, 6" crescent wrench, thermometer, 9.5" channel lock pliers, 6.5" channel lock pliers, set of nut drivers, wire crimping tool with cutters, set of allen wrenches, phillips screwdriver, straight screwdriver, needle‑nose pliers, set of socket wrenches, razor knife, hammer, putty knife, non‑contact voltage tester, GFCI tester, tape measure, multimeter, drill, and drill bits.
