What You'll Be Doing

1. Overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency for all fixed and mobile assets.
2. Leading and mentoring a team of maintenance technicians.
3. Implementing preventive maintenance programs and schedules on both fixed and mobile equipment.
4. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
5. Managing maintenance budgets and resources effectively.
6. Managing inventory of parts for repairs on mobile and fixed equipment.

What Are We Looking For

1. At least three (3) years of experience in a heavy industrial setting.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Proficiency in maintenance planning and execution.
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
