Conifer Realty in Palmyra, NJ, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team maintaining affordable housing communities. You will supervise repairs, ensure safety and resident satisfaction, and manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and make-ready units.

The role requires hands-on leadership, HVAC certification, and strong maintenance experience. You will coordinate with the Community Manager on budgets and inspections, ensuring compliance with housing regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience, including team supervision.
• HVAC certification and knowledge of inspections, preventive maintenance, and Fair Housing.
• Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar systems.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to respond within 30 minutes for on‑call emergencies.
• High school diploma or GED (technical or vocational training preferred).

Salary: $24.00 - $28.00 | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 40hrs | On-Call Rotation
