Job summary

Envolve Community Management Company seeks a Maintenance Technician for Benson Commons Apartments in Omaha, Nebraska. The role requires performing repairs on appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance.

You will also handle preventive maintenance and complete work orders to document operations.

Qualifications

• (3) plus years of Maintenance Technician experience.
• HVAC certification is preferred.
• REAC inspection experience is preferred.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.

Responsibilities

• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry, and other maintenance tasks.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and forms documenting maintenance operations.

Envolve Community Management Company owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. We are searching for a maintenance technician at Benson Commons Apartments in Omaha, Nebraska.

Duties

• Must possess the ability and tools to repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry and any general maintenance repairs that may arise.
• Knowledge to perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and forms to assure all documentation regarding operations of maintenance equipment is completed properly.

A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.

Qualifications

• HVAC certified is preferred
• (3) plus years of Maintenance Technician experience.
• REAC inspection experience is preferred.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
• This candidate must be available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Background Screening and Drug Test Required
