The role involves supervising at least one Maintenance Technician, coordinating with vendors, and managing maintenance within budget to ensure safety and quality for residents.

Responsibilities include making-ready vacant units, inspecting contractor work, and handling on-call rotations while upholding high service standards on a dynamic property team.

Formación

• 3+ years of residential maintenance experience.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams and managing industrial operations.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, including high and low voltage systems.
• Proficient with CMMS for maintenance management and scheduling.
• Experience with HVAC systems and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Ability to read and interpret schematics.

• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and maintenance requests.
• Support cost-saving initiatives by repairing rather than replacing items when possible.
• Conduct routine property inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with snow removal and seasonal upkeep.
• Provide updates on maintenance activities and budget adherence.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
• Perform all other duties as needed.

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of the property, ensuring all systems and facilities are in excellent condition while maintaining high customer service standards. This role involves supervising at least one Maintenance Technician, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and managing the property’s maintenance needs within budgetary guidelines. The Maintenance Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and overall quality of the community.
