Cedar Creek Nursing is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our hospital-like facility’s maintenance operations and safety programs. You will hire, train, and supervise the maintenance team to keep HVAC, boilers, water systems, laundry equipment, and generators running safely and efficiently.

You will promote regulatory compliance, manage preventive maintenance, and coordinate with external contractors while balancing budgets and staffing to meet census needs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in facility maintenance, healthcare or long-term care preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, boilers, water systems and emergency systems.
• Ability to implement and manage a preventive maintenance program.
• Demonstrates leadership and communication skills.
• Can manage supply ordering and departmental budgeting.

We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team! In this role, you will lead maintenance operations to ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and compliant. Success in this position requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Your Impact as a Maintenance Supervisor

In this role, you will:

• Lead Maintenance Operations: Hire, train, and supervise maintenance team members

• Promote Safety & Compliance: Conduct and document fire system inspections and coordinate monthly fire drills

• Oversee Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program
